Chad Manion, President
Mr. Manion serves as president of Frontier Capital, LLC. He is responsible for all aspects of the business, including acquisitions, due diligence, marketing, finance, contracts and administration. Mr. Manion's first land acquisition was completed in 2016. Since then, under Mr. Manion's leadership, Frontier Capital and its associated entities have completed numerous land investments and small developments throughout metro-Atlanta and north Georgia, primarily residential homesites and rural tracts of land.
Mr. Manion is a licensed real estate agent (Georgia Real Estate License # 179591). He actively practiced as a real estate agent from 1997 until early 2024, and completed over $50M in sales during his career.
